Went for a 2.5 mile hike today, very hot an humid. Drank water with electrolytes and a banana. No real lunch today, just organic blue corn tortilla chips, homemade guac (1 whole avocado, lime and salt), and some block cheddar cheese. Lost 0.4lbs though!
