I really am glad that though I have been away I still have data on here. It is nice to see where I have come from, where I struggled and where I succeeded. Especially to see notes at the beginning of the journey that got me down 60 lbs. I can do this. It is less about what you take away to lose weight. It is more about what you add to your life through activity, eating better and just feeling better.

We are walking about and started to do the 4.5 miles again 5-6 days a week. I was tired but though mind was tired most of the day I was feeling more like being active which is why exercise is so important.

I plan to keep walking, increasing distance, adding weight training and other things that will help.Eat enough calories but make sure they are the right kind. I have been trying to do 1600 but that leaves me hungry and feeling like I am cheating if I go over which isn't helpful.

Increased activity will help me feel better and it will also allow me to eat more so that my mind feels well.

I think that coming back here will help too, I would like to Journal more and then I can articulate why a day was harder or easier for me and learn from myself.

I just glanced at your profile, and there are some things with which I can sure relate! Many kiddos... Up and down between them all. After the last one I had two more up and downs over the years, but since being here, I have remained steady... So long as I track and recorded food and my weight. You know how this is done... Clearly, from your success! Hang in there!!!
