I am enjoying everyone’s posts. I have not been very active -YET. I had not been to the gym for over a year when it was closed in March. I bought a spin bike and am expecting delivery in over a week. So I will work hard to record my exercise and workouts. I have been pretty good about recording my meals, my biggest struggle is portion control and snacking. Any strategies and advice are sincerely appreciated.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 July 2020:

Measuring does help. Also I have noticed I am less snacky if I eat more proteins. Good luck!! And continue to reach out when needed. This is a great and very helpful community!!
