So, I'm doing great on this new diet. I've lost 43lb so far (about 19.7k) since the weigh-in on the day I decided to start on 7/31, almost six weeks ago.
Yesterday, I made my first short-term goal of 300 by 10/23 six weeks early!!! :D
Soon I want to get to my next short-term goal of 288, which I haven't been in years... I don't even know when. Three years ago I recorded a journal saying I wanted to get to 288 as a short-term goal, and I never got there. I got to 289, stalled and quit. So, I can't even say when the last time was I weighed 288. Well over three years ago.
When I got married in 2002 (divorced now for 2 yrs, lol!), I think I was around 275. And when we met in 1999, I think I was then at the lowest I had been in years (and since) at around 250, or maybe 260.
Anyway, these are what I'm shooting for as short-term goals:
288 by 10/25/2013 275 by 12/18/2013 250 by 3/9/2014 225 by 5/31/2014
I can do it this time. :D
