Week 50 Happy with a 2lb loss. Not to bad to say I haven't been out the house for 109 days. Onwards and downwards!
232.5 lb Lost so far: 78.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1687 kcal Fat: 79.34g | Prot: 66.59g | Carb: 154.16g.   Breakfast: Quaker Oat So Simple Golden Syrup (36g),  Walnuts, Asda British Raspberries, Asda Blackberries. Lunch: Asda Mackerel in Tomato Sauce, Carrots, Beetroot, Cathedral City Cheddar Cheese, Ryvita Sweet Onion Crispbread. Dinner: Batchelors Chip Shop Style Mushy Peas,  Fish and Chips. Snacks/Other: Asda Dark Chocolate, Asda Unsweetened Almond Milk, Asda Lemon & Lime Double Strength Squash, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. more...
