Happy Saturday, down an 1/2 ounce after pizza night Friday, but keeping calorie range
It was movie night at the house, watch Furious 7 on Amazon Prime, saw most of the fast/furious movies, but did not see that one. Made a great Friday night staying out of the heat

update: Got entire house vacuumed, great exercise!! , I skipped the carpet cleaning, especially since the one room i have my office relocated there and though organized a ton of files and books from the office
