Rochelle29's Journal, 22 August 2013

Originally I had started my diet/ change of life style in March. Was doing good for about a month. Then slowly started to sway from eating right and healthy and wasn't doing much exercising. Do to being on the go alot with my son and sports it was too tempting and much easier to eat fast which included alot of takeout and fried food. I have since come to the decision that I'm done with that sort of life style. I do not want my kids growing up that way. I want them to know what eating healthy is all about and for them to feel good. I want us as a family to have a healthy active lifestyle. I do not want my kids to have to deal with health issues like diabetes and high blood pressure. My kids are active, my son plays sports and has since he was four, but he is still considered overweight. I have myself to blame for this because of our eating habits and only I can change this for my family. So I am vowing as a mother, wife, and as a woman who has hit the bottom and tired of being fat/obese and unhealthy from this day forth my family WILL lead a healthier life and I WILL LOSE THIS WEIGHT. I do not want to have to worry about my health or to have my kids worried about it. I want to be able to run outside with them and not get tired or out of breath. I want to feel better, sexier, and to be able to enjoy the activities that I used to enjoy such as basketball, bike riding, volleyball, and much much more. Today is a new day, a new dawn, and a most importantly a new life!!

YES :) you can so do it. For yourself, for your kids, for a better, healthier life. Take it day by day. Every little helps. Make small changes. They'll soon become a habit....a life long one :)
