Another day with no soda, and I'm still being active and watching what I eat. I found a recipe on Fatsecret, Sparkling Honey Lemonade, I made it last night for today and it's great. I had some for breakfast this morning and it really gave me a good boost of energy. I didn't have enough lemons to make a cup of lemon juice but I added about a half cup of lime juice, it gave it a kick. I'm def. going to try other recipes on this sight.
