Weigh in Results Week Two - failed challenge - 50 carbs. Still lost 1.4 lbs! Exercised as needed. Ate enough vegetables. Measurements the same. Chest 41" Waist 37". Monday - 150 carbs Tuesday - 30 carbs Wednesday - 22 carbs Thursday - 18 carbs Friday 55 carbs Saturday - 225 carbs Sunday - 14 carbs Back on track. Still lost weight - low calories during week - I'm sort of on pre- maintenance so I can eat extra carbs I realize. Hope Saturday doesn't catch up with me later. The weather promises to be warm here the next two days. I hope to get out for some extra walking. I will definitely be able to eat less carbs this week - at least I hope so!!!! :)
