Needs-to-lose's Journal, 15 August 2013

Ok, so my day started off with no breakfast, except for a small Betty Crocker brownie, and a cup of milk, and my lunch was a slice of zucchini bread with a bottle of water. (At least I go a little bit of a veggie with that one LOL) I didn't wake up hungry at all, and it's been like that for me all day. My day has been busy though. I drove my daughter to her place of employment to pick up her check then I walked around the store for about an hour and half while she did some shopping. I then came home and spent 2 hours mowing my grass with a gas powered push mower. I'm still not done with the mowing, I still have a huge backyard to do tomorrow.

You do need more protein. AND your activity level is good, but you need to eat or your body will go into starvation mode. Check out the Paleo diet! Eat healthy!!
