Needs-to-lose's Journal, 13 August 2013

It's a nice cool morning, perfect for taking a walk. As soon as my kids are awake that's what we'll do. I've been doing good at recording what I eat, staying off the soda, and I've even cut back on the chocolate milk. I'm a huge chocoholic and I usually drink 5-6 glasses of chocolate milk per day but I haven't had any in about 2 weeks, in fact I've cut back on the amount of milk I drink period. I think I might actually lose weight this time.
