Needs-to-lose's Journal, 09 August 2013

Started off good this morning. Had a full uninterrupted 8 hours sleep last night, had a good breakfast, did some cycling on my portable, indoor cycle, and did some yoga stretching. My daughter and I will be going for a walk soon and I have housework to do so I will be staying busy today.
