I guess I'll do Atkins again. I always have good results with it. I just need to stay on track and quit drinking for awhile. I decided I'm not waiting on my friend to exercise, she's really busy. I'll walk everyday and do Turbo Jam. Good workout there. I always gain unwanted weight in my stomach. Very hard to get rid of belly fat and I hate crunches but I will attempt them.

Good luck with this! I have a hard time motivating myself to exercise and have the belly fat issue as well. I finally had to come to terms that I'm in this alone and that I can't wait on my friends to workout with me...but start slow and just add to it. I try and walk everyday at lunch and do crunches on the balance ball when I walk in the door. I feel good about that and after awhile I'll add something else to that...BUT just that has been working a little! Good luck!
