Ok, so if I had to point a finger at one thing I've done that could be slowing down the weight loss, it has got to be the eating out. I haven't been wanting to cook at home, so I've had much more meals out. I do try to eat healthy when I am out, but I do think I have been a lot more lenient in my choices recently. I don't want to think that I've been cheating since I use so little dressing, and I don't eat the croutons and I also try to order things without sauces or fruit/nuts. I think even with all of that effort its still hard to control an uncontrolled environment, like a restaurant. I'm going to try really hard to get back on track and take control of my food again. So far today I've been pretty good. I guess I am just doing more of "my own thing" than Medifast, where as before I was mostly doing Medifast. Its just so frustrating when there are slow downs!!! Especially after a week where it seemed like the weight was just falling off, and also being so close to 50% towards my goal. I don't want to give up now, even though I do wish there were certain things that weren't off limits. I want to find the perfect balance between controlled eating and not worrying about it.
