Perseverance! Just walk away from the Cs. Cookies, cake, candy, cola,.... It’s tougher with the gyms being closed, but they should be opening soon. I HOPE!
180.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
