Well I don't know how I've done this because I have cheated a couple of times! Im going to stick to it properly again this week just to see if I can lose a little more next week. Thanks to everyone for support showed to me. If it wasn't for you lot I'd have given up by now!!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 105.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You are not the only one who has put on weight. No good going off the rail as it slows one down in the end. I know it is very hard but we feel better when we stick to it. Main thing to go back on track the next day.

Ummm, I think you might find that she has LOST 5lb. Well done, all your effort it paying you back. Now you're inspiring me! I am def going to up the exercise. Thanks :)
