So the other night I had the worst craving for a banana split. I satisfied that craving with a pudding cup that was 60 calories. I was invited for game days at a friends. Although I did eat a hamburger....I did have fresh fruit slices to help me avoid other awful chooices. I just have to keep it up and make sure I have healthy snacks. I feel good now that Im at my regular weight but now the pressure is on to get these pounds off. Id like to be at my goal weight by the time I go to Michigan in January.
