I didn't hold true to my diet and ate four very fatting iced Oatmeal cookies and A two packages of ramen noodles, Cream cheese and chicken added. I was just so stressed and I know I a stress eater. I tried to catch myself and at my break at work, I ran for about 45 minutes and now am writing this. This binge eating is the reason I fail at dieting and it has to stop. I need to write this post so this wouldn't keep going on with me.

I plain to just drinks lots of water for the rest of the day. I am already over the daily calorie intake for a normal human- being and it only 12pm. I have to be working until 10:00 so hopefully that will help me burn some more calories as well. I hope this doesn't screw up my weigh in friday.

I started pilitaes(can't spell it) 3 days a week and it hard so I know that will help. Ok I am off I atleast want to be 215 or under friday but I doubt it.

Give yourself credit for catching yourself and turning it around. I try to bring fruit/vegs to work (versus vending machine). But some days I realize I've eaten everything before 10am. Dieting shouldn't be this hard. Hang in there.
