That scottish country dancing was a workout! Whew! I had a lot of fun dancing last night, it's very aerobic and also works your calves because of the hopping from one leg to the other. It will be something fun to do that is a workout without seeming like a workout.
Today was free burrito day at Moe's, yum!
I'm going to do one of my strength training Turbo Jam DVDs after work and also need to come up with a dessert to have at my knitting group/baby shower tomorrow.
