Day 9 Today I had to travel with coworkers. I tried to eat healthy, but we ate at a local restaurant and I had to make guesses as to what calorie count might have been. I ate 1/2 a chicken salad sandwich, a cup of gumbo (it was delish so even if it was higher points than I thought it was worth it), and 1/2 a bag of baked lays.

Tonight I am cooking chicken enchiladas. I am experimenting hoping to get more flavor and less calories.

I am planning to go walk later this evening.
