YaY! So, on 7/14/13 I met my 2nd weight goal of reaching 210 pounds. I'm excited about that and can now move on to reaching my 3rd weight goal of 200 pounds. I've made a decision that once I reach my 3rd weight goal of 200 pounds, I want to look at joining a gym. I actually have one in mind...I just need to look into it. I want to work on toning my tummy and trimming up some of the flab along my arms and legs. So far, the only thing I've really noticed with this 18 pound weight loss is that my legs (thighs) are getting smaller and my favorite pair of shorts, I can pull on and off without unbuttoning and unzipping them. However, I still refuse to buy new clothes. As long as I can still wear what I have, I will continue on with what I have, although, where my shorts are concerned...I could really use a new pair or two. But I really don't want to spend the money. I'd rather save the money for now.

Goodwill. I just bought a bunch of 'new' shorts for $3 a pair -- nice dress shorts, too! And like you, I waited before looking into a gym -- one step at a time. I had a tour, and then I had an orientation tour where one of the staff walked me through how to use each machine. She showed me, and then I tried it. It was a huge help in making me comfortable to go again. I'm considering a personal trainer for a few sessions, but will see how I do first on my own. Here's to baggy clothes! We can do this!!! :-)

Absolutely. Find a Goodwill in a ritzy neighborhood. You'll find really nice shorts and clothes. My neighbor works for an attorney and does all her shopping at Goodwill and you'd never know it. Cool, isn't it to be able to pull your pants down without unzipping. I felt like a kid at Christmas, then gave them away. Keep up the good work TJ.
