Naahhh... ini BB ku udah balik ke 54kg lagi, padahal kemarin barusan bloated di 55kg. Disini aku cuma mau tunjukkan bahwa yg namanya BB (Body Weight alias Berat Badan) ini memang fluktuatif BANGET. Selisih bbrp hari aja bisa beda. Makanya please please... buat sesama diet ers disini; fokus ke building otot dan reduce body fat. Jangan terpaku sama angka timbangan yaaa...
