Weigh-in/Measurement Day!

First off I got shit for sleep, so I'm not in the best mood. 2nd, I'm sore from doing a step workout on a bench on Thurs while waiting 35 mins for my ride & I walked 3.5mi yesterday. So, for my weigh-in I went ahead & did it today, but I'll be checking it again tomorrow morning. I knew it was going to be up since yesterday (by 0.4) & it's really annoying b/c earlier this week I saw the lowest # I've seen in a year, 2 days in a row. I know I'll see it again, but I'm just grumpy tired & annoyed that I'm not able to record that number as of yet. So here it is folks:

So, weight I lost 2.8lbs (was @ 5.7lbs a few days ago). Overall, 7 inches lost! If my damn calves hadn't gone up (I'm sure a bit puffy from all the walking), then it would've been around 8 but I'm taking it. Walking has pretty much been the only working out I've been doing w/ the craziness of school, homework, no car & taking care of my nephews.

Alright, now I'm debating going to the gym or just diving into my homework. I'd really like to be able to relax & not do anything homework related on my b-day tomorrow but I just don't see it in my future. 29 will be an uneventful celebration, but I'll be celebrating in my head that I at least have made it this far in life & it's my Spike day, so I don't have to really worry about what I eat.

Thanks. I'm glad to finally see some movement w/ the scale. It only took 9 months, being off of artificial sweeteners, and accurately seeing how many calories I was actually burning (which just so happen to be WAY more than FS was saying). If my weight hadn't been staying between 240-243 over the last almost 2 weeks, I'd still considering myself in a holding pattern. But I think I've finally broken through the wall.

Well I think finally breaking thru a plateau is a pretty damn good bday present, lol. You seriously inspire me to kick ass at the gym when I read about all the stuff you do...step aerobics on a bench while waiting for a ride? Genius! You are an animal! LOL...hope you had a lovely & restful birthday before getting back to the grind this week hon. :D

Happy Happy Birthday. I haven't read all your entries, so I was just wondering what your major in college is. You are doing a great job considering all you have to put up with. Keep it up, you WILL be successful.
