I am the highest I have ever been so started my weight loss journey..again. I going to count calories this time because I am too liberal with the portions. I am doing exercises morning, afternoon and evening, following Fitbit program, Zumba and sometimes Jane Fonda. unemployment and lockdown is tough but I didn't think I would go up so much in weight. Have been exercising the past week but scales went up not down, probably the hubby's sourdough stint is making me bloated.
