well, I'm so glad to be starting the 30lbs in 3 months challenge. I have to do something my weight just keeps going up. It is very depressing and It doesn't seem to matter what I eat. Have to go do my Insanity work out for the day and I will have to follow Shaun T's advise and just keep pushing.
