I decided, after have a touch of stomach flu last week, to get some yoghurt to help my gut flora. Wow, it is hard to find whole milk yoghurt! I finally got some YoBaby which comes in very small containers which is also a plus because that is still 13g of milk sugar. Yikes.
I found some nut/seed "breakfast crusts" in the gluten free aisle. They are pretty carby but half of one made a pretty good "toast" substitute. I'll have to try one with almond butter as they say "try with your favortite spread".
Tomorrow I see my doc to talk about thyroid issues. I'm afraid he will ignore me because my TSH numbers are within normal range... and he refused to actually test for T3/T4. The medical system makes me crazy. I just don't see how eating <1200 calories & <25g carbs a day for six months creates a 6 pound gain with an RDI of 1500 unless something untoward is gonig on. Just sayin'
