did my first attempt at an intermittent fast day. suppose to eat only 500 calories for two seperate days during the week, eating moderate the other 5 days. Did ok til going out with friends...but overall not hard by any means. will do again next week.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 177.6 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
