Diet challenge results -- I had a good week with weight loss. There was one evening I had pizza. I'm noticing I'm eating more meat products the past few days the prior two weeks just salads mostly that is why I think I lost so much weight as not only were the carbs low (xcept on one day the past two weeks) but so have the calories been too.
Monday - 16 carbs
Tuesday - 18 carbs
Wednesday - 155 carbs -failed yikes!
Thursday - 16 carbs
Friday - 20 carbs
Saturday - 19 carbs
Sunday - 19 carbs
Did not do diet testing as I don't cook very often. Failed on both parts of diet -- Weekly success of challenge is that I lost weight. So I'm glad I'm doing it.
Measurements are waist 37" - no change, and chest 41" no change. I realize that I need to start working out as soon as I can.
Weight at the start of challenge was 203.0 and was 198.2 at the end of the challenge!

I think you did great - even with one mess up day!!! Don't think you failed because you didn't review recipes - that's just a little extra thing that people can do if they want more interaction. The main thing of the challenge is to stay under 20 carbs - and you did that almost every day!! GREAT JOB!
