…and STILL I’m making bad food choices!

Hindsight is definitely 20/20 when it comes to this. At the time I’m all too happy to shove those bad foods into my mouth. Last night it was because I was hungry.
Perhaps it’d be better to then snack on something rather than cram in too much dinner – and the wrong kind of dinner at that!

I’ve had it with this weakness for bad food I have! I’ve fought too long, worked too hard and pushed through too much pain to f*# (fire-man Fred) this up by using crap as fuel!

New day – new rules. If you don’t know what’s in it you can’t eat it! I wouldn’t pick a random object up and shove it in my mouth – why do I do the same with something that smells and tastes nice?
It could be that poison apple from Snow White for all I know!

I’m putting in the hard work at gym and sabotaging it later with my other bad habits. It’s like going to church on Sunday and being a Satanist the rest of the week.
