My biggest problem with loosing weight is doing the exercise. When I was in my teens and 20's I was real active. I was so trim that my fat friends were jealous and swore that I was so pitiful that I could blow away with the wind. I was right about 125-135 lbs. then. Now I'm in my 40's and I would like to weight that again. I have a long way to go and gotta start some where. Here is just as good as any. It's been very difficult to get going on a steady weight loss regimen. All I have to do is start exercising regularly and I can drop two - three pounds a week. I start to exercise but then I have a hard time staying consistent with it. Does anyone have some suggestions on how to get motivated?
