WOW...ok, so Note to self...this is not happening!!! It's been months since I have even been on here and obviously not doing well!!
Past time to give myself a wake-up call and start to refocus...in ME!!
BACK TO BASICS!!!
182.0 lb Lost so far: 214.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
