I need to find a way to stay motivated, I have everything I need, exercise videos, from walking to yoga and weight lifting. Stretch bands, weights and a cycle pedal . Plus diet books, which would help if one I used them and two I cooked the way I should. Diet consist of a lot of pork, beef and potatoes and frozen or canned vegtables. Very little fruit or desserts. I don't know if I really want to loose this weight, "IGuess" I wasn't motivated before the pandemic so how can I get motivated now. Praying about this.
