I'm trying something different this week I'm off the Slim Fast and having natural peanut butter on whole wheat toast for breakfast. It did keep me full till lunch. Although I was home sick today with a migraine and down in the back, I'm anxious to see how I'll do tomorrow when I'm in full activity. I had a sandwich for lunch and I'm going to start eating low fat popcorn for a snack also fruit with breakfast and lunch for extra fiber.
I didn't exercise today as I don't feel very well but I will start back doing that tomorrow.
Wow I just logged in my food so far only used 8 points and 11 fat and I'm not starving! Maybe this new plan will work out I hope so, now I just have to make it through the evening without pigging out.
Late entry didn't use all my points yet even after dinner so I can have a snack if I want it. 2 fat grams over but that's OK most of it is from the peanut butter and that's a good fat.
