For the fist time akhirnya fat ratio dibawah 30% (now 27,3% an) dan rasanya HAPPY banget!! Finally paham dgn apa yg namanya 'Fat Loss' . Berat badaku nambah, trus turun lg but LD - LP semua turun. And I eat a LOT but it's a real food one.
