I had a good workout today and really pushed myself hard. My arms are worn out for it and sore! I am doing the 100 crunches a day challenge, which I met already doing 104 on the machines at the gym.

My weight was up a little after eating out this weekend. I ate very light today and a little more than I needed tonight b/c I let myself get too hungry. My goal for Friday is to be at 140 still or maybe 139. Really I am shooting for a firm toned body and a tummy that is not hanging out over my jeans! I want a smooth line!

I was thinking, wouldn't it be cool to train for a mini-mini triatholan? I mean like running less than 3 miles or something and then doing the biking and swimming too. I am just not a good runner and I struggle with my asthma with that kind of thing. But I think working toward something challenging like that would be so cool and would make you feel so kick butt in shape. Anyone with me that also thinks it would be cool? I am going to look into it and see if there is anything like that coming up to train for.

I can run but not swim...:( BUT, I would gladly be in for the training! Who knows, maybe I could learn to swim by next season for a sprint triathlon. I am seriously going to run a marathon by next July. Let me know what you find. I am in Utah.
