Today was a little better, didn't stuff everything in mouth, I could. So that is a tplus, I have gained 5 LBs since being home bound with only leaving for necessarily things. I will do better everyday, no more poor me. There are alot worse off people then me, I very feel blessed.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
