I thought I'd read the scales wrong this morning, and after waking up for a minute I went back and did it again! This diet really WORKS!! And I fairly easily passed up a sugar cookie yesterday--something that I usually simply cannot do. I'm almost never hungry. I admit to looking forward to carb night!
