following the 3 day military diet and was at 290.9 and just weighed self at 282.9.. have been sick for a while and has been taking medication that caused me to gain over 100lbs and i havent been able to lose it.... but now im going to no turning back now
282.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
