Stepped on scales this morning after breakfast and 2 big glasses of water..223.5...not happy.. just more determined than ever. A little disappointed in myself for eating the pork skins so late last night, but at least it wasn't ice cream. starting to wear the pedometer again. Over 8000 steps so far from working in the yard today. Goal tomorrow is to take measurements. Had a clean 2 days so far.....Total calories..1405...net carbs 20...done for today
