Well, I haven't gained and I haven't lost. But once again winter's on it's way, and spring will creep up on us again, I'd so love to beat this thing. Hopefully this winter. I'm trying a new approach, Lot's of Exercise on a consistent basis, and try to eat healthier. I'm throwing all the other diets out the window, and just do what I know I should be doing........
