Tomorrow is Monday and once again I try again hoping this time will be the time I reach some success.
Tomorrow my boss and friend Karen & I will start walking in the evening after dinner. I think having someone else depending on me to walk with will give me the motivation I need to move my butt! I'm also hoping to still do a little of my Leslie Sansone walking DVD in the mornings I'm still getting up at 5AM to do it I just haven't been getting it done. I think 30 minutes in the AM & 30 min in the evening will give me a shot at moving forward at least a little bit. I certainly need to do something I feel like such a failure I should be way further on this journey to lose this 50 lbs than I am. All I can do is try again tomorrow,not binge eat,and hope for the best.
I would appreciate any support anyone can offer me.
