I need to eat more fiber. I feel bloated and that showed on the scales. I am switching to flex for this week to make myself be extra accountable for what goes into my mouth and how much. Wish me luck!

I haven't tried Core, but I know that flex keeps me in control. You'll probably have a big drop in pounds next week, so don't fret. You have done sooo great so far, just keep on doing what you're doing!

lol, I switched last week from Flex to Core for the same reason. I lost 2.2 lbs. I like the Core plan as I'm making better choices. Good luck to you Stella. Oh, I don't know if you eat cereal, but I tried the Fiber one Honey clusters, I think that's what it's called, it has 13gms of fiber per serving. It's 3 points.
