Got home, ate dinner and went right to mowing; I do not want to take a chance on having to do all that raking again. Also, I want to free up some time this weekend for doing other things. A couple friends are supposed to come over this weekend and help me put the transmission in DD's car. We also have to make the rounds and put flowers on the graves of all our relatives who have passed. It's a tradition that has been passed down to my DW. She is passing the tradition on to DD who hopefully will pass it on to her DD's. Involves about 5 cemetaries across the county. It helps the kids keep track of their geneology. My relatives aren't from here, but I buried my Mom and Step-Father here.
Had a date with Jillian after I got down mowing. She continues to take me to the level of my endurance. Who ever heard of resting in between intervals at a 10% incline. Yet she always seems to know just how much I can take, because just when I'm thinking about hitting that down arrow to reduce speed, she backs off. I think she has to be a bit sadistic to tell you the truth. I don't think she hates men, because she does the same thing to women. Just must have had an unhealthy childhood or something.
Well, weigh-in tomorrow. I'm hoping I took off a couple more pounds. Any way you look at it, I'm golden for the office competition; I'm like 4 pounds ahead of target. I've been tracking religiously, and if the calculations are correct, I should drop 2 pounds. If it isn't this week, it will catch up next week. It's simple physics.
