Sherran's Journal, 29 February 2020

Don't know what happened! Guess the weight last week at end of cruise represented body dealing with travel and time change. I ate well on cruise but watched portions, but I did eat dessert every day(great ones!!) and a couple of ice creams and a glass of wine every day.
I knew that I hadn't really gained that much. Great day. I'm getting close.
