Dave Van Horn's Journal, 17 February 2020

Yesterday was a fairly uneventful day. Worked around the house, went over and helped my son work on his home, brought some of his work back with me to do during the week. Last nights meal was my large meal for the week, I had a 24oz Ribeye Steak smothered in garlic butter with 8 spears of asparagus smothered in Ghee butter. To top it off I had a couple Michelob ultra pure gold beers to wash it all down. Total carbs came from the beers and was only 5 for the meal. Dropped another pound. Life is good.
