Dave Van Horn's Journal, 16 February 2020

So, I went off the reservation last Sunday the 9th and had some lasagna and beer with some friends at a nice restaurant. I immediately shot up from 249 to 253 lbs. It has taken me all week but this morning I tipped the scales at 249-250 lbs. Back on the road to my goal again. Probably won't be going off the reservation for awhile now. Too much work to get back on the wagon.
