I found an excel sheet to keep track of all of the workout progress. It seems to work well. I think you can only download PDF sheets from the beachbody website where you'll have to print and write in your reps.
Here is the site where I downloaded the excel file. I'm going to use it to keep track of my progress.

My husband and I just finished the Day 1 workout. Do I dare say 1 down, 89 to go?! :)
