Weight starting to come down a bit. Made it through the full run at 6.5mph -- although there were several times I didn't think I would. Keeping busy with work and life.

Way to go! That is an impressive speed. I don't go much faster than about 3.5 mph. Gives me something to shoot for!

Thanks Sherrilynn -- You can do it! I started at 300+lbs walking at less than 3mph – took a while but worked my way down and up :-).
