@fit @tri @nirma @secret @siti @bunda @deja ini kochengnya makan protein terus pake ikan tongkol,susunya khusus merek L-cat,olahraganya kebanyakan cardio dan weightlifting badannya sendiri,PT-nya Kocheng Abu wkkkk bisa gitu ya badannya 😂
