Decided not to record my weight this week. My cheat meal last week was Chinese food and I swear I gained 10 pounds of water weight 🤦🏻‍♀️ at work we started a biggest loser challenge so I decided to join in on that. Ate what I wanted over the weekend, weighed in on Monday at 292 pounds 😳 I about died lol! I was fully dressed, boots on and everything. After starting back up the diet on Monday, I am back down to 279.2 pounds as of this morning 😅

We have been going hiking every weekend on my one day off- mostly in the rain, but it’s Oregon so what do you expect 🤷🏻‍♀️ at least the trails aren’t crowded. Pictures to follow 🌲
